
Arkansas lady turkey slammers, Zoe Caywood and Phyliss Speer, doubled up on a
pair of Missouri birds this spring. Zoe's gobbler sported a 10.5 inch beard
while Phyl's had a triple beard. Both ladies prefer to hunt with a custom-made
flintlock muzzleloading shotgun.

Travis Duggan is a turkey hunter and jewelry designer from Albuquerque, NM.
He took this beautiful Merriam's - Rio Grande mix-breed turkey in New Mexico.

Osceola gobbler. You'll be seeing them regularly on the Bass Pro TV show and in
photos since they seemed to bring her good luck in completing her Grand Slam of

Marti Davis of Willard, Mo shot this mature gobbler in Perry Count Illinois. It
had a 12 inch beard and 1 3/16 inch spurs.

Calls, recently hosted Brenda and the Bass Pro camera crew to a turkey hunt
in central Missouri. She took this large mature tom while on the hunt which
completed her 2008 Grand Slam.

The recent Brenda Valentine "Ladies Turkey Hunt" was a tremendous success. This
group of gals took four Merriam gobblers in southeastern Montana. More photos

Austin Madden took his first wild turkey on May 3. His fine bird had a 10 inch
beard and almost inch long spurs.

The Wagoners believe turkey hunting is a family affair and it's never too early
to get kids interested in the outdoors. Congrats on a pair of fine Illinois

Young Curtis Orr helped his father, Hal, bag this great 21 lb gobbler on opening
weekend of the Kentucky season. It sported a 10 1/2 inch beard.

tremendous 2007 rifle season. This group is part of the 4-generation owned and
operated, J&J Hunting LLC in Oklahoma. The ranch was awarded the 2007 Oklahoma
