Tennessee Turkey Hunters Hall of Fame
Brenda Valentine
Having been chosen by a group of your peers for your outstanding contribution to the world of hunting and for becoming one of the most highly accomplished and recognized authors, TV hosts, and spokespersons for our Hunting Heritage on the National, State, and local level.
For carrying the conservation message to all corners of the world but never forgetting about your small town roots in Tennessee, for giving of your time, talents, and resources to further the cause of the National Wild Turkey Federation, for doing those things behind the scenes like assisting in Wheelin' Sportsman hunts, Wounded Warrior hunts, Jakes events, WITO events and many more. For knowing when to use your "Celebrity" status to further the cause of hunting and to spread the work of conservation and also know when to be that small town gal who just loves to hunt and fish and share it with others.
We the Tennessee state Board of Directors do hereby induct Brenda Valentine into the Tennessee Turkey Hunters Hall of Fame this day January 7th, 2012.
